Objective:
Accelerated Leadership Group had a client request for a logo to represent an internal program to that would help managers grow and develop their leadership skills to further advance their careers. The only client request was the name of the program and that the logo relate to the concept of personal growth.

Solution:
I went through several solutions utilizing mountains to represent aspiring to reach the apex of one’s career but wound up with the concept of a seed just starting to grow to give the sense of planting the seeds of successful management through this leadership development program. The client was very pleased with the logo and has utilized it on Powerpoint presentations and other program collateral as well.
