  • Over 3 years experience creating marketing emails for a variety of products and events
  • Experience photographing in the field as well as in a lightroom environment
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS

Experience

July 2015 – Present; Freelance Graphic Designer

  • Working with a variety of clients to create a wide range of products including flyers, brochures, logos, web banners, and Powerpoint presentations

July 2013 – February 2015; Graphic Designer for Benchmark Brands (Contract)

  • Worked with digital design team to create weekly batches of marketing emails geared toward product promotion as well as sale events and social media support
  • Produced various promotional graphics for social media posts and cover photos on outlets such as Facebook, Pinterest, and Google+
  • Created Facebook contest campaigns including logo marks and overall look and feel

Sept 2008 – April 2013; Graphic Designer/Production Artist for Phase 3 Media

  • Created marketing collateral for a variety of clients, such as brochures, logos, tradeshow graphics, banners, and powerpoint presentations
  • Was the sole designer maintaining Medialink, a proprietary system for clients to utilize internally for ordering customized business cards, stationary, and other items related to their business needs
  • Edited and touched up photos and scans for clients
  • Maintained internal pieces for the company as well as organized and maintained files on servers as well as printed go-bys
  • Worked closely with in-house print team to ensure files from both clients and design were set up correctly for print

May 2006 – Sept 2008; Graphic Designer/Photographer for For Rent Media Solutions

  • Created ads, flyers, and other pieces for For Rent Magazine and Para Rentar for a variety of apartment communities in the metro Atlanta area
  • Edited photos of apartments in Photoshop to remove cars and grills
  • Maintained a font library as well as kept an organized system of stock photography approved for use in advertisements
  • Took interior and exterior photos of apartments for ads
  • Met with leasing managers to handle photography of their properties

July 2005 – May 2006; Graphic Designer for Henry Daily Herald

  • Created ads, brochures, and booklets for the local newspaper as well as local businesses & organizations that worked with the paper
  • Worked closely with the Henry Daily Herald manager to create a free weekly paper for Henry County including the look, page layout, and advertisements for the publication
  • Set up and helped assist production team with creating the film for offset printing of free weekly paper
